When you book a call, fill in a contact or demo form, or email us, we collect what you give us: name, restaurant or business name, phone number, email, city, and anything you tell us about your project.
We don't run any analytics or tracking on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability, as every web host does, and we don't build profiles from them.
To get back to you about the project you enquired about, schedule and prepare for calls, send you a proposal, and deliver whatever we're building for you.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond running and improving NYBULA and getting in touch with you about your enquiry.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Browsing this site sets no cookies from us; the only one we set is a sign-in session cookie on our own admin area, which visitors never see.
Our showreel section embeds videos from YouTube. When one loads, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy, which we don't control.
We share data only with the tools we use to run the business: email and calendar providers, hosting, and similar service providers, only as needed to do the job. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as it's useful to our working relationship, and delete it when it's no longer needed, unless we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, but no method of storage or transmission online is 100% guaranteed.
We may update this policy as the business grows. We'll update the date below when we do.
Reach us at support@nybula.com if you want to see, correct or delete your data.
